• The Prophet(SAW) said, “It is an obligation for all true Muslims to take care of the children of family and friends in the event those children are orphaned.>

• The Prophet(SAW) said, “To a child, it is the parent that first teaches of the nature of Allah and the world. Therefore, Allah commands all Muslims to ensure that all children born of Muslims are properly cared in a loving family and not left to grow up alone if orphaned.

• The Prophet(SAW) said, “The best Muslim house is that in which an orphan is benefited; and the worst Muslim house is that in which an orphan is ill-treated.

• The Prophet(SAW) said, “It is better a faithful man avoids making orphans first, than caring for them second.

• The Prophet(SAW) said, “A terrible coward is any man who strikes a woman; The worst are those who strikes an orphan.
